In the event that a customer's item is broken, the customer will be immediately notified, and the item will either be replaced, or the customer will be reimbursed.
Yes, all items will be stored in a climate-controlled environment.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee anything outside of the set window. But we will do our best to work with our customers and make accommodations if possible.
After the deposit is paid, the customer will be charged for their move within 72 hours after their pickup.
